The judges have juried your work and selected the attached image for exhibition in the ROUND HOLE SQUARE PEG 4 booth at PHOTO LA 2020, in Barker Hanger, Santa Monica California. Photo LA's opening night gala will be on January 30. The exhibition will run to February 2, 2020. From there, Round Hole Square Peg 4 will travel to the City of West Hollywood's Long Hall Gallery in Plummer Park, with an opening night art auction benefit on February 8 and run until March 4, 2020.  

To ensure a curatorial statement that is cogent and consistent with contemporary gallery standards, that presents each artist's work in the most professional way possible, and that expedites the staging of the exhibition, Round Hole Square Peg has underwritten half the cost of presenting each artist's work as follows:  

The competition will strike one 16 x 20 inch fine art pigment print on archival exhibition paper by master printer Frances Coiro at Fathom Gallery. We highly recommend that you format your photograph for full-bleed printing, (no white borders), if at all possible. The laid-out, hi-resolution (300 dpi) file you send us must be camera ready. Files should be sent fully color and exposure corrected. Send the file layout exactly as you want it printed. Your 16 x 20 inch photograph may also be printed with a white border that you must compose in the file you send us that surrounds your image. We prefer the image to be full-bleed if at all possible. Again, the file you send must be print ready. Both vertical and horizon photographs are acceptable. If your image is a square or is squarish, lay it out on your file in a vertical configuration, with white borders as follows: 1 inch on the top, 1 inch on each the right and left sides, and 2 inches on the bottom. The print will be finished and framed in a 2-inch white Italian wood frame, with a clear Plexiglas front, that includes the printing fee as well, for a total cost to the artist of $86.99 US (which includes the $1.99 fee, Submittable charges to process each payment). Your hi-resolution printing file and your Submittable $86.99 payment must be received by January 16, at noon PST (Los Angeles time). No branding, logos, or type should be on the image you submit for printing. Please carefully follow all the file submission directions. If your file is not received by this deadline, another artist, a runner-up in the competition, will be given your place.
